If you are the owner of a Lenovo IdeaPad and haven’t installed the recent v90 update for the S9 and S10, then perhaps you may want to consider whether or not it is worth doing. Because there are stories that by installing these updates could damage your computer.

Lenovo released the BIOS update for the IdeaPad S9 and S10, as normal when updates are released user went ahead and installed these BIOS updates only to find that the computer would no reboot. This turns out to be a serious matter for some users, while others have found that there was no problem. Unfortunately, for those owners whose computer will not start have only one option open to them, it is back to Lenovo for repair.
